Rafting Adventure has two bases in the world, one in Argentina in the Patagonia Region in San Carlos de Bariloche and one in Italy in Valle d'Aosta region in Châtillon, chosen your program we will sail on the Dora Baltea in Valle d'Aosta or on Rio Manso in Patagonia on the great rivers that cross the Andes to Chile, throwing themselves into the Pacific ocean.

Come rafting with us at Rafting Adventure, we will let you have fun and excite. A rafting descent is an excellent way to spend a different day than usual, immersed in the lush nature of the Aosta Valley. The Dora Baltea is the river that for the beauty of its rapids and gorges is considered the Colorado of Europe. Our base is located in a very convenient location, close to the Châtillon motorway exit. You will find a super-equipped green area, where you can sunbathe or simply relax, with an adjoining picnic area, equipped with grills and tables, all at your complete disposal!
If you've already tried rafting or kayaking you'll be thrilled with the riverbug! Going down the rivers with the riverbug is more than just a trip on the river, you learn the simple techniques to steer the boat, the dynamics of the water and how to deal with the rapids. Riverbugging is an adventure sport! Don't worry, the guide is a professional who will give you a detailed safety briefing before the descent and will take care of you in the river by guiding you through the most demanding passages. But in the end you can say, without contradiction, that you have faced the white waters of the most beautiful rivers on your own.
Hydrospeed is one of the most beautiful and engaging river activities, sailing alone on a river of white waters is an exciting experience! For hydrospeed, participants are provided with thick specific wetsuits, fins, helmet, life jacket and neoprene socks. However, it is advisable to bring a tights and a shirt, preferably thermal, especially on cooler days. The Guide will teach you to indulge the currents of the river, avoid obstacles and face the rapids with peace of mind. So you can fully enjoy the beauty of this specialty!
The kayak was born as a means of transport for the Inuit populations and involves sitting and pushing with a double paddle paddle with which to paddle on both sides. Then this boat was used for sport and leisure becoming an Olympic sport but it is an individual way to go down rivers and streams of varying degrees of difficulty. In Valle d'Aosta there are several streams that can be practiced with kayak in addition to the Dora Baltea, but their degrees of difficulty require a consolidated experience, which is why kayak-canoeing is an activity with which one must proceed step by step. We offer mini-courses that we will do on the Dora Baltea in sections appropriate to the technical level of the participants.
Canyoning that combines two activities: mountaineering and swimming in white waters and consists of the descent of streams that over the years have carved narrow gorges and ravines in the rock. They will face each other when waterfalls, jumps, slides and dives sometimes with the help of ropes. It is good to remember that progression backwards is impossible, so if you start a canyoning route, the exit from the canyon takes place only when the route is completed. Generally it is a sport that is tackled in a group, always accompanied by a guide qualified for canyoning. With a good physical shape and a little technique you can fully enjoy the beauty of pristine places and an outdoor sport that can give you unforgettable emotions!
We have created a series of holiday - weekend packages for you, you will have the opportunity to choose from various activities to combine with rafting optimizing your time and only worrying about fun, or having a beautiful rafting descent and then relaxing at the Terme di Pré Saint Didier with the possibility of choosing between various options. The overnight stay is coordinated by us at affiliated facilities, appropriate to your budget. In combination with the special rafting packages, we have also thought of offering you grills or the La Vachérie restaurant adjacent to the base, which offers Aosta Valley specialties. To end on a high note, you can have fun in the disco of the Vachérie Club de Nuit.
